The Timber Hearth at Cordillera, located at the Mountain Course Clubhouse, is a year-round favorite. This handsome restaurant serves imaginative American cuisine with a distinctive western flair. During the winter, horse-drawn sleighs depart The Timber Hearth for starry tours of the moonlit landscape. 9 Iron Grill, Cordillera’s casual family-friendly spot, offers classic smokehouse fare, contemporary classics and breathtaking mountain panoramas at the Cordillera Valley Course. The Summit is the newest addition to the Club’s dining establishments. Throughout the playing season, this charmingly rustic spot at The Summit Course Clubhouse serves up hearty lunches plus mountaintop views for hundreds of miles.
