| Senior Accounting Analyst | |
| The Club at Cordillera is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst with strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control principles to work closely with Accounting Manager to prepare monthly financial statements focusing on balance sheet reconciliations.
General Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting including general ledger, monthly close, journal entries, audit, and implementing financial standards.
-Managing the various processes leading to the monthly close to ensure that reliable financial information is available for financial statement preparation in a timely manner.
-Ensuring accuracy of inter-linkages between the general ledger and other sub systems.
-Reviewing activity in the general ledger to verify financial transactions have been accurately reflected.
Candidate must have a BA/BS degree preferably in Accounting and at least 3 years experience in Accounting. Audit experience is preferred from either a Big 4 Accounting firm, private industry or a top Regional CPA firm. Strong background in Microsoft outlook products as well as previous experience in Timberline Accounting software is a plus.
